Bill is responsible for the company's world wide network of Finance and Accounting processing services encompassing captive and outsourced service centers. This delivery system performs a broad range of functions, from data management and transaction processing, to thought-based and knowledge-based activities Bill has 30 years of career experience, primarily within the Coca-Cola Bottling system, and a background in operational finance which includes start-up, consolidation, operations, and business decision support. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the Johns Hopkins University.
David Griebl

Before joining Monster Worldwide in December 2002, Dave served as the Chief Financial Officer for Brillion Iron Works, one of the largest independent foundries in the United States. Prior to Brillion Mr. Griebl led the consolidation of financial operations for the two $6-billion organizations Case Corporation and New Holland, implementing world-class financial processes for sites within the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and South America. He has also performed various roles from managing FP&A to Operations Controller with Springs Industries and Wickes Companies. Dave holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Business Administration from Marquette University.
Ira Fialkow

As the Vice President of the Shared Services Organization, Ira Fialkow is responsible for information technology and accounting support services delivery to operations. Fialkow joined CEMEX in 1990 and has held a variety of positions in finance, human resources, and information technology. Before joining CEMEX, Fialkow started his career as a CPA with Deloitte. Fialkow holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla. and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Sena Kwawu
Senior Vice President, Finance Shared Services
Genworth Financial, Inc.
Sena assumed his current role in January 2009 after serving as SVP, Global Sourcing. He leads a globally dispersed team that manages the $600MM+ purchase base of Genworth Financial, with a focus on improving the company’s expense ratio while improving the value of services received. Sena joined the General Electric Company in 1993, auditing GE Capital’s businesses around the world. He went on to hold roles of increased responsibility in Finance, Six Sigma Quality and Risk Management until October 2003. He was promoted to SVP, Business Planning & Analysis - Protection Segment where he led finance actives for that strategic business unit during Genworth’s initial public offering. In August 2006, he assumed responsibility for the Global Sourcing organization. Prior to joining GE, he worked in commercial loans with Bank of America in Washington, D.C. Sena earned a BBA degree from George Washington University, and a MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
